Distribution/Shipping
Our Auckland warehouse is dispatching all orders placed before 2pm weekdays.
We use NZ Post Couriers to ship your orders who are very efficient, although they have advised there may be some delays due to Covid-19. Please see their website here for the latest updates.
We are using Courier Post overnight services for North Island and all South Island small parcels. Larger South Island orders will be shipped on a 2-3 day economy service. Please let us know if you require overnight South Island delivery.

Open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5:30pm and Saturday 10.00am - 4:30pm
There is 30 minutes parking out the front of the store on New North Road before 4pm ( from 4pm the street becomes a clear way). If this car park is full or you are visiting after 4pm please park in our car park around the back of the building (entrance off Ruru Street, car park number 65).
