This drone surveying course is designed to give you the essential skills and knowledge that you can apply to your organisation, business and career.

Course Details

1st Day: Survey purposes and parameters: Training on survey types and the factors that influence a survey’s quality. What accurate information can be provided to clients and the basics of data processing. 

2nd Day: Classroom discussions on equipment setup and flight planning. The class will take to the field and fly several challenging surveys. The day will end back in the classroom where the data gathered will be uploaded to process overnight.

3rd Day: Review of the conducted survey, open discussions on what went well and what didn’t. On the final day we will discuss frameworks,  processes and how you can add value to your organisation with a drone.
