In this role, you’ll focus on providing expert support and service for DJI Agras agricultural drones. Working alongside a skilled team, you’ll play a key role in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting these drones to ensure they operate efficiently in the field.

What you’ll bring to the team:

- A strong interest in agricultural technology and drone applications.

- Technical proficiency with drones, electronics, and related technologies – soldering, diagnostics, and maintenance.

- A problem-solving mindset: you enjoy troubleshooting issues and finding efficient solutions.

- Good communication skills for both written and verbal interactions, particularly when supporting customers remotely or on-site.

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks, ensuring that repairs and servicing are completed accurately.

Your key responsibilities:

- Provide expert support and servicing for DJI Agras agricultural drones.

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on both hardware and software.

- Ensure drones are field-ready by conducting test flights and quality checks.

- Accurately input and manage data related to repairs and maintenance.

- Assist customers with troubleshooting and support, both remotely and on-site.

- Stay informed about the latest updates in DJI Agras technology and agricultural innovations.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
