COVID-19 Ferntech Updates
From Thursday 26th March New Zealand enters the Level 4 shutdown period from this date our online store and repair service will be affected and our retail store will be closed until further notice.
Online Store and Repairs
During the Level 4 lockdown period, we will continue to support our customer who are providing essential services to the community.
If you are an essential service provider and require goods or service, please contact us on 09 216 5386 or at firstname.lastname@example.org or place an order online and note essential service provider in notes.
DJI Retail Store
The DJI Authorised Retail Store will be closed from Thursday 26th March until further notice.
We will continue to serve our customers over the phone and email during the level 4 lockdown period.
