Online Store and Repairs
Online orders for all products are now fully operational now that we are in alert level 3. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day with Courier Post.
Repairs are now fully operational we are in alert level 3. Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a service form to have your drones assessed.
During alert level 3 our reduced on-site team have a range of proactive measures in place to keep both themselves and your order as safe as possible. Courier Post are operating as normal and now have new delivery procedures in place including contactless delivery to your door.
DJI Retail Store
We have a contactless pickup option available from our store. All orders will need to be placed and paid for online or over the phone before pick up can take place (please remember to bring your ID when picking up your order).
The DJI Authorised Retail Store will be closed from Thursday 26th March until alert level 2 is reached.
We will continue to serve our customers over the phone and email during alert level 3 & 4 periods.
