Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery on all orders over $300 and a flat fee of $6.00 on all purchases under $300.
All orders (except repair parts*) placed before 2.00pm will be delivered the next day on an overnight track and trace courier (to the North Island). Larger parcels will be delivered to the South Island on a two-day track and trace service. We will try our best to fit your South Island order into an overnight courier satchel. If you would like overnight delivery to the South Island for your larger item please contact our team and we can arrange this for an extra $20.00.
Please note rural addresses (RD) can take 1-3 days longer to arrive.
*Repair part orders are not eligible for same-day shipping. Lead time for repair part shipping is 1-3 days.
Please get in touch with our team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for a DHL quote for shipping your order internationally. All international orders will be supplied GST exclusive saving you 15% off website prices.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you have had a change of mind we offer a full 14-day money back guarantee for all online purchases. Simply return the item to us within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange or offer a full refund. Please note items must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging, together with all purchase details. Postage will not be refunded on returned goods. Goods can not be returned if they have been activated.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for items purchased in store.
DOA (Dead on arrival)
If your items have arrived and does not operate out of the box, please report the issue as soon as possible to our team and lodge as a DOA (Dead On Arrival). You have 7 days from the date of activation to return to us for replacement under DOA. Once received back to the store, please allow up to 7 working days for our team to assess and approve the DOA case.
If you fail to return the product within 7 days your item will be fixed at the DJI Global Repair Centre where the turnaround time will be longer.
The wrong Item received
If you have received the wrong item please contact us at email@example.com and we will send a self-addressed pre-paid courier label for you to return the incorrect items back to us.
