Christmas Delivery Dates

 

Auckland

We are offering a special same day delivery service on Christmas Eve, for orders placed before 10am on Monday 24th December. 

Deliveries within a 5km radius of our store at 96 New North road will cost a fixed fee of $20.

Deliverers within a 10km radius will incur a fixed fee of $40.

Please add a note on your order if you would like this service and you will be billed separately.

*Products must be in stock to ensure delivery by this date. Please note that paying by bank transfer will delay the processing of your order. Please ensure you pay by credit card to ensure speedy processing and delivery of your order by the dates above.

 

Deliveries between 24th December and 2nd January

The DJI Authorised Retail Store in Auckland will be open from Boxing Day to New Year's Eve.

All online orders placed before 2pm will be shipped that day. Courier services are running as per normal, apart from closure on statutory holidays (26 Dec, 1 Jan and 2 Jan), so please expect a delay if you order on these days.

Standard Delivery and Returns

We offer free delivery on all orders over $300.00 and a flat fee of $6.00 on all purchases under $300.00.

All orders placed before 2.00pm will be delivered the next day on an overnight track and trace courier. Larger drones (Phantom and above) and larger items will be delivered to the South Island on a two-day track and trace service. We will try our best to fit your South Island order into an overnight courier satchel. If you would like overnight delivery to the South Island for your larger item, this delivery option can be added at the checkout for an extra $20.00. 

Please note rural addresses (RD) can take 1-3 days longer to arrive.

 

International Orders

Please get in touch with our team by emailing info@ferntech.co.nz for a DHL quote for shipping your order internationally. All international orders will be supplied GST exclusive saving you 15% off website prices.

 

Returns:

 

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you have had a change of mind we offer a full 14-day money back guarantee for all online purchases. Simply return the item to us within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange or offer a full refund. Please note items must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging, together with all purchase details. Postage will not be refunded on returned goods. Goods can not be returned if they have been activated.    

 

DOA (Dead on arrival)

If your items have arrived and do not operate out of the box, please report the issue as soon as possible to our team and lodge as a DOA (Dead On Arrival). You have 5 days from first operating your product to return to us for replacement under DOA. Once received back to the store, please allow up to 5 working days for our team to assess and approve the DOA case.

If you fail to return the product within 7 days your item will be fixed at the DJI Global Repair Centre where the turnaround time will be longer.

 

The wrong Item received

If you have received the wrong item please contact us at info@ferntech.co.nz and we will send a self-addressed pre-paid courier label for you to return the incorrect items back to us.
