Every purchase made in-store at our DJI Ferntech Christchurch retail store during the promotional period automatically qualifies for entry into the draw. The Prize

One lucky winner will be selected via a random draw at the beginning of May 2024, and will receive the cost of their purchase back, up to a maximum value of $3000 on a single purchase. Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Open to legal residents who make purchases in-store at DJI Ferntech Christchurch, located at 569A Colombo Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, during the month of April 2024.

Entry Period: The promotion runs from April 1, 2024, to April 30, 2024. All purchases made within this period are eligible for entry.

Qualifying Purchases: Purchase back prize applies exclusively to purchases of DJI products made at DJI Ferntech Christchurch during the promotion period qualify for entry. Excludes purchases of gift cards, services, and any excluded items as determined by DJI Ferntech Christchurch.

Maximum Cash Back: The maximum cash back reward for one winner is $3000, and is only valid on a single purchase.

Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries.

Notification: The winner will be notified via email/phone/in-store announcement within 14 business days of the promotion end date.

Claiming Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Verification: The winner must provide proof of purchase and identification for verification purposes.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Modification or Termination: DJI Ferntech Christchurch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Release: By participating, entrants release DJI Ferntech Christchurch, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
