No.

What features does the Multimodal Large Language Model (LLM) in DJI FlightHub 2 support, and where can it be used?
1. Multimodal Object Detection: In Virtual Cockpit, you can input text or images to perform real-time searches for objects. This is ideal for public safety, emergency response, government aerial operations, and similar applications.
2. Multimodal Media Search: For drone-collected images and videos, users can search for objects using text or reference images. The platform can automatically detect anomalies and generate operational reports, making it ideal for inspections in energy, water, forestry, environmental protection, and more.

Does DJI FlightHub 2 support third-party intelligent algorithms?
Yes. Third-party algorithms can be integrated using onboard or cloud computing interfaces (currently supported on DJI Dock 3, DJI Matrice 4 Series, and DJI Matrice 400). After integration, alerts and detected objects can be added directly to intelligent flight routes.

Where is DJI FlightHub 2's Analyzer applicable?
DJI FlightHub 2's Analyzer supports applications including public safety, inspections, infrastructure, engineering, natural resource management, mining, and more. It provides intuitive visualisation of site conditions and project progress to support better decision-making and project management.

What volume calculation methods does DJI FlightHub 2's Analyzer offer?
DJI FlightHub 2's Analyzer offers four volume calculation methods: supplied fitted plane calculation, design file calculation, two-phase model volume change calculation, and multi-phase model volume change calculation. These calculations are designed for areas larger than 50 m².

Value-Added Service

Can I get DJI FlightHub 2 when purchasing DJI Enterprise devices?
Yes. Purchasing DJI Enterprise hardware includes complimentary DJI FlightHub 2 resources when binding a device for the first time.
Each organisation can receive free quotas once, and each device can only claim free quotas once.
The complimentary quota includes 100 GB cloud storage, 5,000 livestream minutes, and 3,000 mapping images, valid for 3 months.

What's the difference between Standard, Business, and Enterprise versions of DJI FlightHub 2?
Standard: A free starter plan for basic use with limited features and quotas.
Business: A paid subscription with full professional features and unlimited connected devices. Additional resource packs can be purchased as needed.
Enterprise: A paid plan designed for heavy-use, enterprise, and government customers, with the most comprehensive feature set and mostly unlimited resources during the subscription period.

How is livestream usage calculated?
Livestream usage is calculated based on total viewing time across the platform.
This includes livestreams from DJI Dock cameras, aircraft cameras, payload cameras, Virtual Cockpit, shared streams, recorded streams, forwarded streams, and AI-assisted object detection.
If multiple users watch the same livestream at the same time, viewing time is multiplied by the number of viewers.

What happens if a DJI FlightHub 2 livestream is left running?
If the Virtual Cockpit page is left for more than 40 minutes, the platform automatically stops the livestream to prevent unintended usage.

How are resources managed in the Business Version (12-Month Plan)?
Resources are allocated monthly. Unused livestream minutes or mapping image quotas can roll over to the following month, where they remain valid for one additional month only.
Any unused resources expire when the subscription ends.

If my DJI FlightHub 2 storage expires, will my data be deleted?
No. Existing data remains accessible. However, new data cannot be uploaded until storage is renewed.

What are the activation and usage periods for DJI FlightHub 2 plans?
Most versions must be activated within 6 months of code issuance, while Enterprise versions have no activation limit.
Usage begins from the activation date.
Business plans are available in 1-month and 12-month options.
Recharge packages are valid for 12 months.

How do I activate DJI FlightHub 2 services?
1. Log in to DJI FlightHub 2 and click My Organization.
2. Open Organisation Settings.
3. Click Activate Service.
4. Confirm the organisation name and enter your activation code.
5. Click Activate to complete the process.

Can I return or get a refund after purchasing a DJI FlightHub 2 Business Version or recharge package?
If the activation code has not been used, a refund may be requested within 30 calendar days of purchase through your seller.
Activated services or purchases older than 30 days are not eligible for refund.

After activation, is the plan linked to the account or the organisation?
Once activated, the plan is linked to the DJI FlightHub 2 organisation. All projects under that organisation can access the plan's included resources.
